There is a Step 2 guide for Mac and Windows users. It is about using an alternative to the Installer.

Due to the SDK coming out in June, I will probably add a few tutorials for 1.1.4 firmware. I have added the how to custom ringtones for Mac and Windows users in the "Hacking" menu.

iSpazio.net created a patch so that SummerBoard will work on 1.1.4 firmware. Just go to my repository at http://www.hackthatphone.com/1.xml and install the SummerBoard patch.
