Repair services
I get A LOT of email every day from people who have reprogrammed their iPhones and are stuck,
can't figure out what to do, and have nowhere to turn. I also get mail from many people who buy iPhones
on eBay, and quickly find out the iPhone they bid on is not what was advertised. They feel their iPhone is
defective, broken, or dead. I offer a limited repair service that will reprogram your iPhone in an attempt
to restore functionality. This service would have you ship your iPhone to me. This does not involve email
assistance or real time chat, or remote computer access, or phone calls.
If you aren't already aware: if you purchased an iPhone and it is not under contract with AT&T,
or O2, or any other officially authorized carrier, and you have a problem with your iPhone, Apple
won't help you. You have no warranty in their eyes.
If you are interested in this, send an email to

and I'll send you a letter which will provide you with some more information, cost and shipping details.
Here is how my service works:
1. Package your iPhone in either the original retail packaging (which is inherently designed
to protect the iPhone), or in a padded envelope or in a bubble padded envelope, or use bubble
wrap and place it in a sturdy box. I highly recommend that you insure your iPhone while it is
in transit to protect it against loss or damage. You may also want to get a tracking number
and require a signature for delivery, but this is not required by me. This is for your peace
of mind.
Please include any emails we exchanged about your iPhone with the package. This is so that I can
clearly identify that it is your iPhone and what is wrong with your iPhone.

2. Upon delivery of your iPhone I personally repair it. You will receive an email
when it is received. I will then repair any problems and attempt to restore full functionality
to the best of my ability. You'll receive an email once it is repaired. All repairs are generally
performed the same day they are received.

3. Your iPhone will then be professionally packaged to maximize protection. I use
generous amounts of bubble wrap, and brand new sturdy boxes.
Unless you provide your own prepaid envelope (or airbill for DHL, FedEX or UPS) I charge $15 to ship
anywhere in the United States. For this fee I will provide a tracking number, insurance for the package's
full value, and I will require a signature for delivery. I can also accommodate overnight shipping
provided you pay for the extra charges (or provide an airbill for DHL, FedEX or UPS).
